So it looks like my top surgery is happening in about 3 weeks, and this doctor uses drains (my first choice didn't but my insurance fell through) and I'm a bit concerned about dealing with them. They're my options through Kaiser. I'm looking for pics and personal experiences. I'm mainly looking for aesthetics. I want a natural looking chest. I don't care about sensitivity and I'm okay with scarring.

Does anyone have a list of top surgeons recommended by The Laurels (Exeter)? Or, really, just any recs for surgeons in the SW of England--preferably ones who are experienced in operating on bigger chested guys.

So the big day is coming up fast, and I'll be having my top surgery with Kim Esther at the San Francisco General Hospital on Monday!
